Young KC chef makes his national TV debut on new season of Hell’s Kitchen

Three cams keep an eye on KC’s peregrine falcon chicks

Three cameras are providing live streaming video of peregrine falcon nests in the Kansas City area. These falcon nests are part of a longtime project by the Missouri Department of Conservation and partners to return nesting falcons to the state. Peregrine falcons became endangered due to habitat loss and pesticide use that greatly hampered nesting success. Starlight Theatre will host Van Gogh Alive! experience

Starlight Theatre announced Thursday that it would be the venue to host the Van Gogh Alive! experience this fall. Chiefs’ Mahomes is ahead of schedule on rehab after foot surgery

Patrick Mahomes is ahead of schedule as he rehabs from surgery to correct turf toe, according to a new report. Former JoCo Hy-Vee gets new life as STEAM center

The Barstow School is breathing new life into a Johnson County grocery store that’s been shuttered for years. There are now plans to develop a community resource at 122nd Street and State Line Road for students across the metro. Stroud’s Restaurant owner dies at 72

Mike Donegan, the owner of Kansas City's famous Stroud's Restaurant & Bar, has died at the age of 72. Connor Duncan, Donegan's cousin, posted on Facebook Monday morning that he passed away Sunday. "If I could sum him up in one word, it's 'giving,'" Duncan said in the social media post.
