The KC Wheel at Pennway Point won’t open in November as previously anticipated, but developers say they are in the final stages of construction.  Maryland-based developer ICON Experiences now hopes Kansas City’s new Ferris wheel will open sometime in early or mid-December and be operating in time for Christmas. The Kansas City Chiefs have been bumped out of Monday Night Football. The Chiefs now will play the New England Patriots at noon on Sunday, Dec. 17. The game originally was scheduled for Dec. 18 in prime time. The Philadelphia Eagles at the Seattle Seahawks matchup will take the game’s place on MNF in Week 15. The Eagles will play three straight games in prime time starting next week. This is the first time in NFL history that a game has been flexed out of Monday Night Football. It probably doesn’t…
