Billing company exec pleads guilty to failing to pay on federal withholding taxes
A woman who has owned three medical billing and claims companies in the Kansas City area pleaded guilty to failing to pay roughly $2 million in federal payroll taxes.
Sandra Eller of Napoleon, Missouri, waived her right to a grand jury and plead guilty to charges of failing to truthfully account for and pay federal income taxes and payroll taxes, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri.
