A trucking company that specializes in shipping frozen goods is getting a warm reception from the state of Missouri for its plans to open a new facility and bring 60 new jobs.
Frozen Food Express Transportation Services Inc. will bring a new transportation and logistics facility to Butler, Missouri, located roughly 20 miles south of the Kansas City metro area along Interstate 49. Rally House is having a good run of its own. The Lenexa-based retailer announced openings of new stores on consecutive days this week.
On Tuesday, the company announced the addition of a store in West Des Moines, Iowa. The store, which actually opened May 26, marks the first Rally House in that state.
Rally House continues a saturation of Texas, with the Wednesday announcement of a new store in Frisco. It is the company’s 13th store in Texas, and its second in the Dallas suburb.

UMB Bank is suing Bristol Myers Squibb, claiming the pharmaceutical company slow-walked approval a drug for treating cancer in order to avoid paying more under terms of a pervious acquisition.
The bank brought the action as trustee seeing that Bristol Myers adhered to terms of a part of the pharma company’s purchase of Celgene Corp. in late 2019, Biopharma Drive reports.
