PLS Logistics Services said Monday that it as acquired Overland Park-based D&L Transport LLC. SCL Health, now based in the Denver area, announced Thursday a deal to merge with Intermountain Healthcare, which is based in Salt Lake City. The merger will create a nonprofit system with 33 hospitals and 385 clinics with headquarters in Salt Lake City.
