Former Congressman Kevin Yoder is teamed with Hallmark Cards Inc. on an effort to protect postal service. Yoder, who represented the Kansas Third District for eight years, is executive director of a campaign called Keep US Posted. The aim, according to a release, is to marshal public support, and pressure, for maintaining essential postal services.
