Former Congressman Kevin Yoder is teamed with Hallmark Cards Inc. on an effort to protect postal service. Yoder, who represented the Kansas Third District for eight years, is executive director of a campaign called Keep US Posted. The aim, according to a release, is to marshal public support, and pressure, for maintaining essential postal services. A longtime KC-area health and insurance executive has been named CEO of an Ohio health plan provider. Tim O’Brien is the top executive at Vitori Health.
