Basketball fans flock to Kansas City in March to attend the three college basketball tournaments that are played in Downtown. A Christmas miracle is coming to the space above Rockhill Grille on Friday. Miracle at Rockhill is a Christmas-themed pop-up bar that offers holiday-inspired cocktails and enough kitschy decorations to make Clark Griswold envious.
