Loews Kansas City Hotel wants to book a high-end retail or restaurant tenant for its two-story space overlooking Baltimore Avenue and the planned South Loop Link project.
The 800-room luxury hotel originally wanted to scout a tenant soon after it opened in 2020, but the pandemic paused those plans, the hotel’s Managing Director Brian Johnson said.
