Kelly commits Kansas to U.S. 69 expansion, toll lanes in Overland Park
Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly announced that the state is committed to including the expansion of U.S. Highway 69 — including adding express toll lanes — as part of her administration’s transportation plan.
