FERC drops Burns & McDonnell from Virginia pipeline project for conflict
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission voided a contract with Burns & McDonnell, hired to perform a third-party review for a natural gas infrastructure project in Virginia, after it was discovered the firm also was performing design work for the project’s developers. Burns & McDonnell disagrees that the two contracts create a conflict of interest.
