Custom Truck One Source Inc. CEO Fred Ross will retire from the company, it announced on Wednesday.
President and COO Ryan McMonagle will take over the role. Ross still will be on the Board of Directors, and will remain at the company as a founder, leading the transition to a new leader and helping with special projects.
