After more than 16 years under the same executive leadership, Edwardsville will need a new rudder in a few months. The Wyandotte County city of about 4,700 people has relied on City Manager Michael Webb since 2007 to steer it through a 2006 municipal "bankruptcy" and all the way to an AA- bond rating.
