Brookings report: Kansas City lags other metros for economic growth
Kansas City lags behind other metro areas for three metrics for economic growth, according to a new report from The Brookings Institution.
The Metro Monitor report measured economic growth statistics from 2009-2019. The data encompasses both the Great Recession and the recovery from that economic downturn.
