Developers break ground on first of nearly 400 apartments in Lee’s Summit business park

Local developers Andy Mackey and Brian Mertz have started on the first of two Class A multifamily phases planned within Chapel Ridge Business Park in Lee's Summit. The Chapel Ridge Apartments will deliver almost 400 as the city projects thousands of new residents in decades to come.

Ward Parkway Shopping Center sells to Houston-area real estate company

In Liberty, NorthPoint advances hybrid plan with 360-acre industrial park, automotive sales area
