Up for grabs: downtown KC site proposed for 14 Wyandotte tower by Lux Living

Red Oak Capital Holdings officially has listed a pair of parcels at 14th and Wyandotte streets for sale through Hilco Real Estate, after multiple closing extensions with Lux Living last year did not yield a successful transaction. A "world-class" mixed-use, multifamily or hotel project could take the place of Lux's 14 Wyandotte plan under new ownership, recent listing materials say.
