A Nebraska-based construction firm is growing its presence in Kansas City with a new focus on small-scale commercial projects.

A large out-of-town developer shares how it has landed two major industrial tenants at 435 Logistics Center in Kansas City, Kansas.

The latest plans for AdventHealth's 25-acre campus in Lenexa include medical offices, as well as restaurant, retail and office space.

New plans show more than 2 million square feet of development to be added southwest of 119th Street and Nall Avenue.

All those workers will have to shop, eat, get dry cleaning and fix their cars somewhere. Expect efforts to start small and gain momentum as the residential population grows.
