A Georgia-based trucking company has opened its second terminal in the Kansas City area.
Saia Inc. (NASDAQ: SAIA) announced Monday that it has opened nearly 140 doors at the new Saia LTL Freight in Edwardsville. KCW, or Kansas City West, will allow Saia to offer enhanced service to customers by positioning drivers and equipment to provide additional capacity and flexibility, Saia's Kevin Szydel, VP of operations, said in a release.
