Kansas City has been getting a lot of love recently — but not just because of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. The city is rising in appeal and others are taking note.

A Canadian-based company is readying for its first Kansas City-area location. Its high-tech interactive gaming facility tests a team's physical and mental agility.

Since 2019, Super Dispatch’s revenue has grown 50% on average year over year. It now employs more than 100 people. And, founder and CEO Bek Abdullayev, it's far from done growing.

Betty Rae's Ice Cream has built a cult following, and Scott Fetterman wanted in. He's now serving 16 flavors by the scoop at his deli: "Having Betty Rae’s is the final piece to my puzzle. It completes what I wanted to offer,” he said.
