Yellow resists pension fund’s $6B claims in bankruptcy, pointing to federal bailout

Yellow claims that the Central States Pension Fund shouldn't be able to make a claim in bankruptcy because it already has been made whole by a federal bailout in 2021. In effect, Yellow argues, the now fully funded CSPF would be trying to secure an improper windfall at the expense of creditors and shareholders.
