EPR Properties, a Kansas City real estate investment trust, has restructured its leases with Regal Cinemas, a movie theater chain that in July plans to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The deal will keep Regal paying less fixed rent but capture more payments based on gross sales.
